Starbucks coming to South Norman

Norman Development has learned Starbucks will be coming to South Norman.

As we reported in January, Vertias Development LLC filed to vacate 3 utility easements between the three parcels of land south of Ann Branden Blvd on Classen Blvd. Conceptual site plans at that time showed two drive-thru buildings (Lot 1 & 2) to be constructed on the north end of the site with a vacant lot (lot 3) and a fourth lot for an Aldi Grocery Store.

No tenant has been announced for the second drive-thru lot. The Lot 3 is likely to be an Arvest Bank.

Veritas Development LLC, led by Tulsa-based developer Ryan McNeil, has been responsible for many Starbucks anchored developments throughout Oklahoma.
